Established in April 2020, Belmont Strategy is a public affairs, PR and stakeholder engagement firm that specialises in the energy, planning and infrastructure sectors.
We advise market-leading clients on all aspects of engagement with elected representatives, government officials, the media, local communities and other stakeholders. This can be in relation to significant development projects or on broader policy issues affecting entire industries.
About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with our Director. This newly created role will involve providing administrative support across the business covering areas like diary management, organising meetings and travel arrangements, event management and support with tasks such as invoicing.
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee diary management on behalf of our Director, organising their schedule
- Arrange events, visits and meetings
- Organise and maintain office and admin systems
- Assist with the preparation and compilation of documents and reports
- Draft briefing documents, slides, etc.
- Record detailed meeting notes
- Act as a first point of contact for the business
- Provide support with invoicing and payments
- Manage contact and communication with various stakeholders
- Provide ad hoc business support as required
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Executive Assistant looking for a part-time opportunity

Desirable
- Experience in a consultancy/professional services setting
Working hours and location
- Part-time (up to 22.5 hours per week)
- Remote working with occasional requirements to attend our office in Belfast city centre
- Clean driving license and access to a vehicle required
